Weekly Meal Plan CW 05

I have another week menu for you!

What's on the menu?

- To start off the week, we had mashed potatoes, carrots, red cabbage, fried tofu and homemade vegan gravy. Comfort food on a cold Monday!

- On Tuesday we made savory vegetable semolina from an Ayurvedic book. Unfortunately, it wasn't as tasty as I'd imagined... oh well!

- On Wednesday we went back to one of our staple dishes: vegan Chili Con Carne. Always a good decision!

- On Thursday we made another one of our favourite recipes: Veggie Chickpea Curry with basmati rice. Yum yum.

- Friday was once again our "pasta day". We tried a new recipe basically a Mediterranean corn pasta salad with chili oil, tomatoes, green beans, garlic, soy cream and nutritional yeast. I think we'll make this more often, as it was super good!

- On the weekend we made pancakes as usual, as well as our first vegan potatoes au gratin (similar recipe: over here), and gnocchi with pesto, tomatoes and salad.
