Hello
friends, look at me not missing another "what I eat in a week", yaay! Although, in all honesty, my blog consists of nothing BUT meal plans and link parties lately because that's all I can manage during my 12 hour work schedule lately, and I'm really sorry about that! Getting up at 7 a.m. and coming home at 7 p.m. doesn't leave that much room for a social life, let alone social media 🙈 oh well...
Now enough talking, where's the food?!
Hi guys, and happy Friday!
I hope you're all doing well. We're having sort of a flu epidemic where I live, but so far I'm healthy and looking forward to a productive / creative weekend :)
Since St Patrick's Day is almost around the corner (well, it comes before Easter at least) I am featuring this delicious looking Traditional Irish Soda Bread Recipe from 5 Minutes For Mom that can easily be made vegan, see instructions.
What are you planning to do this weekend?

Hello friends, welcome back to another "what I eat in a week", at least for dinner (and lunch the next day). I have to admit, I'm quite bad at taking care of myself when it comes to cooking because when I come home from work I'm often too lazy to spend hours in the kitchen - whereas when I'm with my boyfriend, that's time spent together and therefore isn't boring at all.
Anyway, here's what I ate last week!
Hello beautiful people!
Welcome to another linky party :) I hope you're all doing well! As some of you may have noticed, my blog is on a little bit of a hiatus currently because I am still trying to get used to my new daily routine. Won't be too long until I'm back in the blogging game though :) Until then... let's fight the spreading colds and flues with this
fire water that the lovely Joy made!

How are you doin' guys?
Last night was our work party on occasion of the Cologne carnival, and I drank way too much beer - and I don't even like the taste of beer! I'm currently craving something fresh like a big plate of fruits, or a salad like Claire Justine's
ultimate superfood salad which looks absolutely delicious!
I'm also going back to my hometown over the weekend to see my boyfriend, my parents and my friends - aargh, I'm so looking forward to this after two rather rough weeks! :)
Without further ado, welcome to the linky party!

Today's post marks the beginning of a new era. Well, that was a dramatic start. By now I've moved to a different city to work at an editorial office. My boyfriend will join me here in a few month's time, and until then I'm on my own in the kitchen. So here's what I made myself for dinner (and lunch the next day)!
Hello friends,
are you in the mood to party? Today is the end of my week at my new workplace and TGIF! It's always so nerve-wrecking, overwhelming and exhausting to start somewhere new and process all these new impressions and information! It will take me some time to get used to my new environment for sure.
Now, it was very hard to pick a feature this week - you all just have so many great projects!! The one that sparked the most interest for me though was this DIY Menstrual Pain Relief Salve from Happy Mothering that Chrystal shared. (That's totally TMI but I'm actually on my period right now and) I had no idea that there was such a thing as a soothing salve for menstrual cramps and pain! Ingenious! I only have half the ingredients so far, but that's a start right?
Anyway, on to the party!
