Dear fellow Earthlings,
it's E A R T H D A Y today, and to celebrate me and my boyfriend went to the river where we planted our baby tree exactly one year ago (still don't know if it's a beech or a hazelnut tree though, lol // EDIT: it's an alder tree!!). Not only my hair has grown since then, but also the tree (here's what it looked like last autumn). I'm so glad our tree baby made it through winter, it's budding at the moment and i cannot wait to one day wrap my arms around its trunk!

It's my boyfriend's sister's birthday party today, and to keep things short: i needed a snack/dessert to replace the birthday cake that i wouldn't be eating. And a few days ago i stumbled across the 3-ingredient "Ferrero Raffaello" balls by Agnieszka @biegiemdolodowki on instagram that sounded sooo genius and incredibly healthy - i just had to try them as soon as possible!
Since Agnieszka didn't give any measurements on how to create her delicious looking truffles, i had to come up with my own recipe. #fromscratchwithlove

I love making granola and muesli in my oven! It always smells so lovely, of roasted nuts and cinnamon and sweet fruits, like Christmas almost.
But the taste is even better! Roasted, slightly caramelized raisins, soft but crunchy figs, banana chips, nutty almonds... you don't even need to bake the ingredients, this could be a RAW recipe, but if you ask me, roasting brings out the flavours so well, I wouldn't wanna miss it!
