Hello friends,
to keep it short and crisp: here's what I ate last week! Plant-based, gluten-free, and healthy (well, mostly). I hope this gives you some ideas for your own cooking! :)
Hello friends,
it looks like I'm not really able to keep up the weekly meal plans, but rather biweekly uploads, which is also okay. I stick to very similar meals anyway, so it would get boring very soon to see the same dishes over and over again :)
Hello everyone,
if you are looking for some ideas on what to cook for lunch or dinner, here's what I ate last week :)
Hello foodie friends,
are your up for another weekly meal plan? I accidentally skipped last week's meal plan because my boyfriend visited me over the weekend, and I totally forgot about it!
I've been feeling quite stressed lately because there's so much I want to do but there's just no time... it's making me a little anxious. Blogging is one of the things I want to do more of. As is reading, and writing, and spending time with loved ones... sigh. Cooking is one of the very few ways I still have to express myself in a "creative" way, so here's what I cooked last week! :)
Hello again. I'm actually quite proud of myself for managing to cook for myself even though I don't enjoy cooking as much when it's just for myself :) It shows once again that everything is just a matter of habit.
So here's all the lovely meals I made last week!
Hello
friends, look at me not missing another "what I eat in a week", yaay! Although, in all honesty, my blog consists of nothing BUT meal plans and link parties lately because that's all I can manage during my 12 hour work schedule lately, and I'm really sorry about that! Getting up at 7 a.m. and coming home at 7 p.m. doesn't leave that much room for a social life, let alone social media 🙈 oh well...
Now enough talking, where's the food?!
Hello friends, welcome back to another "what I eat in a week", at least for dinner (and lunch the next day). I have to admit, I'm quite bad at taking care of myself when it comes to cooking because when I come home from work I'm often too lazy to spend hours in the kitchen - whereas when I'm with my boyfriend, that's time spent together and therefore isn't boring at all.
Anyway, here's what I ate last week!
Today's post marks the beginning of a new era. Well, that was a dramatic start. By now I've moved to a different city to work at an editorial office. My boyfriend will join me here in a few month's time, and until then I'm on my own in the kitchen. So here's what I made myself for dinner (and lunch the next day)!
Another "what my boyfriend and I eat in a week", at least dinner-wise :)
The weekly meal plans are back again!! Sorry for missing the first calendar week, but like I mentioned before I was recovering from my wisdom teeth removal and couldn't eat anything but smoothies and cold soups so that would have been quite a boring meal plan for you :)
Hey lovelies, here's another weekly meal plan for you! Plant-based and healthy, as always. Well, mostly. It's Christmas time after all :)
Hi guys, last week was a mess – it was Saint Nicholas Day, as well as my boyfriend's and my 3 year anniversary where we went to a "dining in the dark" event (so cool!), as well as my boyfriend's birthday, and we also hosted a party at our place! This week is much more organized and I have more time to write new blog posts, so here's what we ate!
Guys, I'm eating too much crap lately! Gingerbread, speculoos, cookies, chocolate, treats from our local Christmas market. Sigh! But oh well, I guess that's what we're all looking forward to during Christmas season right?! Haha. At least I try to make my main meals at home as healthy as possible, as you can see below :)
Hi guys,
this will be the last Weekly Meal Plan for September as my boyfriend and I are going on a family vacation with my parents and my granny until the end of the month, and we are probably going to eat out most of the time so there's no point in doing a meal plan for that time. But don't worry, there will be other posts waiting for you :)
Until October, enjoy this overview of what my boyfriend and I cooked last week!
Hi food friends,
my boyfriend is cooking a lovely smelling dinner as I type this, and I can't wait to try some! Today's meal plan holds a variety of cooked, baked and "raw" dishes, as well as desserts. Enjoy!
Hey there,
It's the first day of September, and thus the first official day of autumn – at least in meteorological seasons. It also happens to be the first week that my boyfriend and I introduced our favourite autumn dish into our weekly meal plan: pumpkin stew. Or, more precisely: hokkaido pumpkin stew 😍
Here's what we cooked last week!
Hello food friends,
my boyfriend and I have been cooking together again, and it's been tasty as always – if I do say so myself ;) We also decided to do another 21 day sugar-free and oil-free challenge because we both felt like we needed a break from all the sugar and fat we've been eating lately. Here's what we eat last week!
Hello there,
this time my boyfriend and I decided to make an "experiment" and not cook together for a week. Instead, we each made what we were in the mood for that day and just sat down to eat together. So here is what I cooked for myself.
