This carrot cake recipe is super fluffy (even though it does not contain any eggs), sweet, but not too sweet, and above all super simple to make. 

The credit for this goes to my sweet tooth boyfriend though ;)

Quick ice cream without ice cream maker

Preparation time: 5 mins + 3 hours freezing time
Main ingredients: banana, cacao, chili
difficulty level: easy
serves: 1
suitable for: vegan, lactose-free, gluten-free, raw food, and delicious "even so"

Hello dear,

yes it's March and i'm currently freezing, but i am so glad that i made this for breakfast because the combination of chocolate and chili is just amazingly delicious. 

Also, the warming spices help with getting your inner fire going (intentionally ambiguous ;), so there's really no reason not to enjoy this ice cream even though it's below zero outside.

Sooo... we had some fresh coconut meat left over, and some friends coming over for breakfast, so we decided to whip up some improvised pancakes that turned out to be pretty yummy and not too coconut-y at all! Can be served with sweet or savory spreads.

Unfortunately, my love of brownies and sweet things does not fit with my fear of turning heads at the pool for all the wrong reasons.  

However, I was lucky enough to come across the vegan, gluten-free, low fat lifestyle, meaning that I get to eat brownies that won't require a tent as a bathing suit cover-up {unless I eat the entire pan, which is VERY much a possibility} because they are absolutely fat-free (except for the glazing but that's optional) and made with sweet potato! Sweet, eh? :)

Yep, another Curry recipe. I just love anything to do with Asian stir-fry, rice, curry and spicyness. 

Also, my boyfriend and i had lunch at a vegan-friendly restaurant thingy in my hometown. I had the vegan Green Thai Curry which tastes amazing even after the third time ordering the same dish (and the rice is sooo fluffy...!), but to be honest i think presentation-wise we almost did a better job with our homemade curries, both this one as well as the beautiful colourful Curry Coconut Rice Stir-Fry from last week :)
